In over your head on a renovation? We can take it from here.
Basements, additions, suites and renovations that got bigger than expected. We take over the whole project: the plan, the permits, the trades and the inspections, with one contractor accountable from start to finish.
When homeowners call us
Most of these projects start out manageable. Then the scope grows, a trade disappears or the permit process stalls. If that sounds familiar, you’re not the first.
The project has stalled
Walls are open, trades stopped showing up and nothing has moved in weeks.
It got bigger than planned
A DIY basement or reno turned into a bigger job than you have the time, tools or energy for.
Permits or inspections are stuck
You’re not sure what permits you need, an inspection failed, or work was done without one.
Too many trades to juggle
Framers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, drywall and finishers all need to show up in the right order.
Budget or schedule is slipping
You want one clear plan and one person accountable for getting it done.
You’re starting fresh
You’d rather hand the whole project to one contractor from day one.

General contracting FAQ
Yes. That’s one of the most common reasons people call us. We start by assessing what’s been done, since some work may need to be corrected or opened up for inspection before we can finish.
Our own crew does the electrical and much of the carpentry. Plumbing, HVAC, gas and other specialized work is done by trusted licensed trades that we schedule and manage, so you deal with one contractor.
We do. That includes the building permit with your municipality and the ESA permit for electrical work, along with booking the inspections.
After a site visit we give you a written scope and quote that lays out what we’ll do and in what order, before any work starts.
Often, yes. Painting, demolition or finishing work are common ways homeowners save money. We’ll plan the schedule so your part fits in at the right time.
